Just Look Down!
Do you realize that one of the important parts of what I do in making GREAT first impression is at ground level? That mass expanse that surrounds our feet can have a lot of influence with the total appearance of the space. Take a moment and look down right now…is the flooring you are on clean or dirty? What is the floor made of? Is there it a dull or shiny finish?
