New meets Old - Paper Street has the innovation and vision!

One of the things that I love about being a Ferndale based business as well as living in Ferndale is the innovation, creativity, and the total VIBE that flows throughout our community. I recently had the opportunity to meet, tour and talk with the owners of Paper Street Motors and how they are opening their biz incubator in Ferndale! The concept is way cool, the space while a bit dirty at the moment (Royal Services can help on that side), is impressive with a creative feel about it, and the owners and founders, Andy and Jimmy are creating a buzz with this venture.

"Andy Didorosi, 23, is turning a 20,000-square-foot warehouse into a small business incubator. The idea, started and perfected by the Russell Industrial Center in Detroit, is to provide the ground floor for entrepreneurs by providing big spaces at small prices."

Royal Services would be pleased to partner with Paper Street to create the feel of this new venture, into an old building, while breathing life into both. Spotless, Sparkling, Clean and Green may be the key to thinking outside the box and creating a success story for Ferndale and Paper Street. What EXACTLY do we do???

January is over with, and as we move into February it's time to do a series of what we do and how we do it, step by step. Our services and client mix continue to evolve, and as they do new opportunities are always on the horizon.

General Janitorial is somewhat of a ... general term, but it's the core of Royal Services. It could be called scheduled cleaning service, or nightly service, but the bottom line is that we come in, and clean our partnering company's facility to make sure that their business is being viewed in the best way. General janitorial includes vacuuming, dusting, polishing, interior glass, taking out the trash, and even polishing toilets. Each quotation is different and specified to what the partnering company needs done.
