Oh, the stories that I could tell about bathrooms…you wouldn't believe. You may not think this, but if you're a public venue, with washrooms that your patrons use such as a restaurant, Café, or office building, your washrooms are on the front line when making a GREAT first impression. The subtle things need to be addressed.
One such story, I walked into the men's washroom and what met me at the door...the wonderful fragrance of urine. This was just cleaned a few hours before by Royal Service professionals, so the cleaning was not an issue. If you have this problem, besides the obvious that someone totally missed the urinal, chances are that you should change the urinal block but then also put a lime treatment or bleach down that drain to address the calcium deposits that occur from urine. Simple and yet very effective!
Simple things can be done in-between Royal Services visits to put on your best face with visitors. Periodically check the mirrors, sinks and chrome, they only take a moment to freshen up. Those receptacles in the woman's washroom stalls, DO NOT let them overflow…again, it only takes a moment. An air freshening system is affordable and quite effective.
