THANK YOU!

There are so many things that I have to be thankful over this past year, I thought I would take a moment to thank some of those that have been instrumental in an amazing year of making GREAT first impressions.

Networking has become a wonderful way to meet and embrace interesting people, but also to build personal and business relationships. If you haven't tried networking, there are those that I can introduce you to in promoting yourself and your business. BNI, the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce, and FernNet have been so instrumental in my networking efforts, as well as other amazing organizations.

I would like to give a special thank you to Seawell Business Solutions, as Ken Seawell has been there to support my decisions, guiding me through some rough waters and also being a trusted friend. YES he can be a pain in the behind, but only because he is doing with I wanted him to do...keeping me accountable. Take a look at his website, and if you want a "Change that you can see", set up a meeting to learn more about his services. http://www.seawell-solutions.com/ .

Finally, I would like to thank my partnering clients who continue to be supportive and refer me to others. This is the BEST referral that we can get or give, from a partner that is satisfied.

Thanks for an amazing ride in '09 and I am SO ready to tackle 2010!

Happy Holidays from our family to yours!

Customer Service is part of OUR business

Royal Services successfully moves our customer service levels up a notch, through the addition of Tom South to our staff. Tom has stepped into the Operations Manager role, and if you haven't had the chance to meet Tom, you will and his eagle eye of cleanliness. Tom has successfully embraced Royal Services standards and is a welcomed addition for our staff as well as our partnering clients.

Tom, as the rest of the team, believes that making a GREAT first impression is important for our partners as they impress their patrons. If you haven't met Tom yet, you certainly will in the near future, as he is in the trenches inspecting work, manageing staff and looking for further ways to increase Royal Services customer service level to our valued partners.

WELCOME to the team Tom!
