Chazzano Coffee just opened their new CafĂ© in Ferndale, where you walk through the door and are met by the fragrance of roasting coffee, a space that is welcoming, friendly smiles and kind words by the staff. You look and there is Frank Lanzkron-Tamarazon, the owner and inspiration genuinely speaking with customers, introducing them as if they are family, making sure that this experience will lead to many more. I am blessed in thinking of Frank as a friend and an associate, but also a model of a man that freely gives to others. Chazzano is more than just amazing coffee, it’s Frank and his staff, and it’s the opportunity to share in this man’s vision.
Royal Services has a similar vision as we promote our partners and their businesses. The GREAT first impression that Frank has made is the same that Royal Services does for our partnering clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere for THEIR staff and patrons. Clean lines, a good feel, and smudge free all showing those walking through the door that our partners take the pride in their business and want all to be welcomed. Does your business welcome your patrons? If not, let Royal Services show how we can assist.
The next time you are in the mood for a great cup of coffee, to feel like family, and a place to make new acquaintances and friends, find your way to Chazzano Coffee. Frank and his staff are waiting to make your visit memorable. https://chazzanocoffee.com/

Did you remember to say Good Morning?
I learned this a long time ago. I try to always greet and say good morning or good afternoon to all that I come in contact with. A friendly face and friendly word can set the tone for a conversation; can spread a few kind words or even open doors in the not so distant future. The truth is that it takes no effort, and makes you and the recipient feel good. I told a friend a month ago that the power of the word is amazing, but the power of your actions is lasting. Saying Good Morning or Good Afternoon combines both words and actions. Give it a try!
One day, I was in one of my client’s buildings, and saw someone I didn’t know. Of course I said “Good Morning” and offered a smile. I introduced myself, and he did the same, saying that he worked for Professional Renovation Services. I passed my business card, and said if you would like to meet sometime, I would welcome the opportunity, but in the meantime, have a great day. This random sincere gesture, resulted in a phone call from his company, resulted in a new client and our first job doing post construction work with our new customer, and resulted in a new partner in Professional Renovation Services. This is the type of company that you wouldn’t normally get exposure to, but I can say that the work and innovation that they do can be from quality to hip and urban. Welcome PRS to the Royal Services family of partners!
