Networking or forming GREAT Personal Relationships...I choose Relationships!

WOW, let me take a moment to relay a compliment that I received yesterday. Many of you know that I network (form great personal relationships) more and more. Well, 2 people that I thought would have great synergies; they finally met at a non-profit event this past week. Yesterday, one of the individuals came up to me and thanked me for taking the time, going the extra mile, to make sure that they each knew about each other’s business. It may take a little extra effort on my part, but the end result is so worth it, as I watch 2 individuals look at the possibilities of what can be created between their 2 businesses.

So, when you refer someone, take the time to make sure it’s qualified, take the time for a warm PERSONAL introduction, and if at ALL possible, take the time to be there for the first meeting, allowing your relationship that is already there to gap the 2 referral sources. MOST importantly, don’t expect anything in return. Karma will always find its way back to you.

We broke RECORDS!!!

First of all, I need to welcome new partners: Parks Title in Royal Oak, Panera Café in Farmington, and Anytime Fitness in Berkley and Madison Heights. Parks Title came on board with their Royal Oak building, which has been started with great reviews! Panera Café in Farmington is underway and on the schedule, and Anytime Fitness will be started tomorrow! Thank you to all for creating a record breaking week for new client start-ups.

In addition, I am so pleased with the launch of the Royal Services website. I’ve had compliments and comments from so many. It is truly appreciated. From literally being in the trenches this week, being in touch with the front line of cleaning and our fight for making the all important GREAT first impression, I still get the same thrill as I take a last look at a finished space, as we are leaving a building. I often wish I could be a fly on the wall to see the expressions of those coming in the next day.
