Royal Services = CUSTOMER Service

This morning, at the end of an interview I was conducting, the phone rings...one of our newer clients calling with an emergency. Sewer backup into both washrooms, and the hall outside of the dining area of their cafe'!!!! I told them, not to panic, I will be there with staff in 30 minutes.

We walked in through the kitchen, took control of the situation and cleaned up the mess, disinfected, and got their odor problem under control, all before the lunch crowd hit the doors. The client was pleased, thankful, and up and running full service for their lunch crowd.
